Conveyancing

You can filter solicitor firms by price, location and rating, and have access to 24/7 case-tracking, as well as direct dial to a dedicated conveyancing account manager to support your customers to a speedy completion.

Plus, you can receive up to £300 for each case you instruct and up to £600 for a combined sale and purchase. You’ll be kept updated on the case, from instruction to completion, and you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that all panel firms are authorised and regulated by either the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, and undergo compliance checks by Legal Eye.

Surveying

We work with mortgage advisers and financial intermediaries on a referral basis so you can deliver an end-to-end advice service for your customers.
