The role
As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting fact-finding interviews to understand clients’ financial circumstances, goals, and risk appetite
• Delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice in clear, accessible language
• Recommending suitable products including residential, buy-to-let, remortgage options, and protection solutions such as life cover, income protection, and critical illness insurance

Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a confident, qualified adviser who:

• Has at least 2 years’ experience advising on both mortgages and protection
• Holds a CeMAP qualification
• Ideally brings an existing book of business to help scale our operations

Benefits

• Competitive base salary of £25,000
• On-target earnings of £50,000–£60,000

As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing expert advice on a wide range of mortgage and protection products
• Guiding clients from initial consultation through to completion
• Listening to client concerns and tailoring solutions to meet their needs
• Supporting clients in achieving their homeownership and financial protection goals

Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a confident, qualified adviser who:

• Holds a CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• Has at least 3 years’ experience in mortgage and/or protection advice
• Demonstrates strong product knowledge and compliance awareness
• Communicates clearly and builds trust with clients
• Is self-motivated, organised, and target-driven

• Retaining full ownership of self-generated clients
• Supporting clients from initial enquiry through to completion
• Collaborating with our back-office team of three administrators

Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a proactive adviser who:

• Has 1–2 years’ experience in mortgage and/or protection advice
• Holds a CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• Is ready for a new challenge and keen to grow their client base
• Communicates clearly and builds lasting relationships
• Is comfortable working in-office initially, with flexibility to transition to hybrid or remote
