When you join Sesame, you will be assigned a designated Training & Competency Manager who will help you to achieve and maintain competency.

Wherever you are in the UK, you will receive one-to-one, bespoke support which can be provided as a face to face visit, by telephone or Skype.

You will benefit from regular contact with your Training & Competency Manager, who will work with you to understand your objectives. They can support you in a range of areas, from providing advice on strategic business software solutions, to designing and implementing your individual training plan, to supporting you to create and embed the systems and controls you need to ensure you have a compliant business infrastructure in place.
