RECRUITMENT MANAGERS

Your dedicated Senior Recruitment Manager will provide support throughout the process of joining Sesame.

They will help you become authorised, and if you’re unsure whether to be a limited company, a sole trader or a partnership, they can offer guidance to help you decide.

They also support the long-term growth of your business, with access to high quality candidates to help you recruit new advisers into your firm.

REGIONAL MANAGERS

Once you become a Sesame member, your Regional Sales Manager will work in partnership with your firm to realise your business goals.

As well as putting you in touch with key Sesame contacts and helping you get to grips with the Network, your RSM will work closely with you to understand your business plan and will take responsibility for helping you grow your business.

Learning & Development

Sesame’s trainers have a wealth of industry knowledge, experience and compliance expertise to help support you through the first part of your journey with us.

Our objective is that at the end of the programme, you feel confident about using technology, adopting our advice process and doing a great job for your customers.

The AL&D team deliver face to face adviser learning events for all levels of experience. Sesame offers courses aimed at new starters, experienced advisers and non-advising staff to help maximise your firm’s earning potential and help you build the right culture within your business. All of our induction programmes are interactive, informative, challenging and supportive in your journey to become a confident, capable and competent member.

Our training and development programme, in conjunction with regular newsletters, interactive webinars and example best practice files provide all the support you need to get it right first time and deliver good outcomes for your customers.

Our principal course provides an overview of the skills required by a principal of a Sesame firm. We introduce you to your responsibilities and the skills you will need whilst managing your business.

MORTGAGE EXTRA LIVE

Mortgage Extra Live events provide your business with the opportunity to meet with a variety of lenders and providers in one place, at one time. With a selection of speed date round tables, stage presentations and exhibition areas, advisers get the chance to keep updated with market and industry knowledge, with opportunities to ask any questions and speak to face to face with the brands you do business with.

SESAME’S ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Sesame’s conference provides members with a day of education, development, inspiration and recognition. With forward thinking presentations and key note speakers, our conference aims to speak ideas for your business and give you the latest insight from across the market.

In the evening, Sesame hosts an awards evening and gala dinner to recognise firms and individuals that demonstrated exceptional growth and development.

REGIONAL MEETINGS

Bringing together like-minded groups of individuals across our network, whether that’s sole traders, business principals, administrators or advisers, to share best practice, ideas and develop relationships between each other. It’s also a chance for Sesame to update you on new initiatives, propositions and ideas to support your business.

KEEPING IN TOUCH MEETINGS

‘Keeping in Touch’ meetings are monthly webinars to provide department updates without you having to leave your desk. Regional training sessions are provided on a regular basis to support you when new systems/software and working practices are introduced.

Our Sesame Mortgage Helpdesk is available to offer support for all your difficult to place cases.

They aim to recommend at least one lender for every criteria query they receive.

Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 17:00

Wednesday: 10:00 - 17:00

Network Helpdesk

The Network Helpdesk is on-hand to answer all types of questions that you might have regarding your Sesame membership.

There are also specialist agents trained to assist with technical compliance queries.
