The Role

To deliver an exemplary service by providing full mortgage advice to a wide variety of clients including specialist sectors such as Affordable Housing and New Build. 

Your success will be aided by having access to a high volume of quality leads, which are provided from a number of sources as well as full admin support.

The Requirements:

  • Ideally with 1-2 years Mortgage Advisor experience
  • If you have any experience in the Affordable Housing and New Build sector this would be a real plus point
  • Ideally experienced in using a large variety of lenders
  • CeMap qualified or equivalent
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, have good organisational skills & work towards strict deadlines
We have a position for a Cemap (or equivalent) qualified, Mortgage & Protection Adviser within our firm.  

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, dedicated hard working individual to join our Professional, friendly team. With an office base in Dartford, covering predominantly London and the South East.

The successful candidate will display outstanding customer service skills as well as being well organised, highly motivated, professional and have an ability to connect with clients at all levels.

With a current lender panel of 60+ including some exclusive deals, in particular within the Affordable Housing Sector we will arm you with the options to meet our client’s needs.

The successful candidate will be backed by PA support from an experienced Case Handler to assist their clients from the first point of contact through to completion and then assist in future review planning.

Working hours are flexible to meet the demands of our clients, some weekend cover will be required in order to maximise opportunities but generally a combination of working from our Dartford office and home will give the ideal candidate the flexibility to achieve their potential.

Essential Criteria

  • Fully CeMap qualified
  • Excellent record in compliance
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Experience in meeting clients Mortgage needs by researching a variety of lenders
  • Team player that can also be self motivated
  • Able to work flexible hours including some weekends
