The new service is available to Sesame and PMS members and enables them to track the status of their cases and receive key milestone updates via email. This includes the date and time the job has been booked and when the report has been completed and is to be dispatched to the customer. Advisers receive a commission for Homebuyers Reports and Building Surveys, whilst maintaining a competitive customer fee.
